About Note AI
Note AI is an autonomous second brain: you dump everything in, and it hands back the tasks, follow-ups and money reminders hiding inside. This page explains why it exists and who is responsible for it.
The problem we are working on
Most of what we promise to do is said out loud or scribbled quickly: at the end of a meeting, in a voice note on the way home, in the margin of a notebook. The note gets written. The follow-up does not happen, because the task is buried in a paragraph nobody reads again.
Note-taking apps are good at storing text. They are not good at noticing that the third line of Tuesday's notes says someone owes you an invoice by Friday. That gap between writing something down and acting on it is what Note AI is built to close.
What you can use today
The full Note AI app is in an invite-only beta. While it is being tested, we publish free resources that solve a real part of the same problem:
- The Action Item Extractor, which pulls tasks, owners, due dates, events, amounts of money, decisions and open questions out of any messy note. It runs entirely in your browser, so your text never leaves your device.
- Six meeting notes templates you can copy into any app.
- Practical guides, starting with How to write action items people actually finish.
Who builds Note AI
Note AI is a small, independent product. There is no large team hiding behind the name, which means every email to hello@notesai.me is read by the person who builds the product.
What we promise
- Your notes stay yours. You own what you write. The free tool processes text only in your browser.
- No selling of personal data. We do not sell or rent your information. How ads and cookies work on this site is explained in the privacy policy.
- Honest limits. Automatic extraction can miss or misread things. The AI disclaimer explains why you should always check important results.
- Content that is checked. How guides are written, reviewed and corrected is described in the editorial policy.
