What you can expect from every guide and template on notesai.me, and what to do if something is wrong.
Why we publish
We write about capturing notes, running meetings and following through on what was agreed, because that is the problem Note AI is built to solve. A page earns its place only if a reader can use it to do something better today, with or without our product.
How a guide is made
- We start from a real question people ask, for example how to write action items people actually complete.
- We check the advice against widely used practice and, where relevant, primary sources such as official documentation.
- Drafts may be prepared with the help of AI writing tools. Every draft is then reviewed, edited and fact-checked by Kartikeya Mishra before publication. AI is a drafting aid; a person is responsible for what is published.
- Examples, templates and checklists are tested for clarity: can someone copy them and use them without extra explanation?
- Each guide shows its author and its last updated date.
What we will not do
- Invent statistics, quotes, testimonials, case studies or experiences.
- Publish pages made only to rank for a keyword without helping the reader.
- Copy or lightly reword other people's content.
- Give legal, financial, medical or tax advice. Where a topic touches these areas we say so and suggest a qualified professional.
Advertising and independence
Some pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are labelled “Advertisement”, are kept visually separate from content, and never appear on our home, legal or contact pages. Advertisers have no influence over what we write, and we do not accept paid placements inside guides. When we mention Note AI in a guide, it is because it is relevant, and the advice stands without it.
Corrections and updates
If you find an error, email hello@notesai.me with the page address. Confirmed errors are corrected promptly and the page's “last updated” date changes. We review every guide at least twice a year and remove or merge pages that are no longer useful.
